Refund policy

At fabinkeys we want you to buy with peace of mind. This policy explains when a refund is possible.

Deadline

You can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase, as long as the key/license has not been activated yet.

When there is no refund

• Key already activated or redeemed.
• Digital products delivered and used.
• Requests made after the 7-day deadline.

How to request one

Open a support ticket or message us on Discord with the e-mail used in the purchase and the order number.

Language of this policy

The English and Spanish versions of this policy are courtesy translations. In case of any discrepancy between the versions, the Portuguese version prevails.
